1. The PIN (Personal Identification Number) given is unique and the Customer shall be solely responsible for safeguarding it against any unauthorised use.

  2. The card (PIN) sold is not refundable and Phoenix Comms shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss, theft or misuse of the card (PIN).

  3. The liability of Phoenix Comms to a Customer, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in relation to the card (PIN) shall be limited to the price of the card (PIN).

  4. Each card (PIN) will expire on the date indicated.

  5. Phoenix Comms does not provide refunds for any unused portion of the card value whether before or after its expiry date, or under any circumstances.

  6. Phoenix Comms shall be entitled to add, remove or change any calling destinations and calling rates without prior notice to the Customer. Please refer to our website (http://www.phoenixcomms.com.sg) or call our Customer Service Hotline 6838 1516 for latest rates update.

  7. Customer shall be solely responsible and liable and shall indemnify and keep indemnified Phoenix Comms and/or its agents against all losses and liabilities when using Phoenix Comms’ services.

  8. All correspondences, notices or communications by Phoenix Comms to the Customer will be sent by email only. They shall be deemed to have been received by the Customer immediately upon transmission by Phoenix Comms. Hence it is the onus of the Customer to provide Phoenix Comms with a valid email address.

  9. All our card (PIN) prices are nett over at our website (http://www.phoenixcomms.com.sg).

  10. All card (PIN) sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will not entertain any cancellations by the Customer once the order is confirmed by, and paid for by the Customer.

  11. We treat all transactions and Customer’s email address with strictest confidence.

  12. Phoenix Card / Phoenix Callback Card are sold officially online on our website (http://www.phoenixcomms.com.sg).  Phoenix Comms is not responsible or be made liable for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising as a result of sales / purchases of Phoenix Card / Callback Card on other website.
