1. The PIN (Personal Identification Number) printed on each card is unique to that card and the Customer shall be solely responsible for safeguarding it against any unauthorised use.


  2. Except when the card is received damaged at the point of sale, the card sold is not refundable and Phoenix Comms shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss, theft or misuse of the card.


  3. The liability of Phoenix Comms to a Customer, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in relation to the card shall be limited to the price of the card.


  4. Each card will expire on the date indicated on the card.


  5. The unused portion of the card value in one handphone is non transferable to another handphone.


  6. Phoenix Comms does not provide refunds for any unused portion of the card value whether before or after its expiry date, or under any other circumstances.


  7. Phoenix Comms shall be entitled to add, remove or change any calling destinations and calling rates without prior notice to the Customer. Please refer to our website or call our Customer Service Hotline 6838 1516 for latest rates update.


  8. The Customer shall be solely responsible and liable and shall indemnify and keep indemnified Phoenix Comms and/or its agents against all losses and liabilities when using Phoenix Comms’ services.


  9. Phoenix Comms is not responsible or be made liable for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising as a result of sales / purchases of Phoenix Card / Callback Card / Kangen Card on other website.
