The PhoenixCard family mascots represent close-knitted relations based on trust, reliability and of course, greater interconnectedness with the consumers.

Papa
He embodies the corporate, responsible traits of Phoenix. Indeed, Phoenix can be the father figure that would not let you down. We are able to meet your needs and are confident of ensuring the best for you.

Mama
She represents the caring, honest side of Phoenix. Because like Mama, Phoenix is dedicated to making sure all your little concerns are taken care of. And as always, looking out for your best interests.

Son & Girlfriend - Daniel & Annie
This young man, Daniel, symbolises the progressive attitude Phoenix possesses. We are constantly exploring newer, better ways to harness technology for the benefit of our customers.

And the relationship we desire to establish with our customers is similar to that between Daniel and his girlfriend, Annie - a long-lasting relationship built on trust.

Family Dog - Snowball
This cute little Family Dog is called Snowball. He is a reminder to all our customers of the youthful and spirited side of Phoenix. Usually seen with the family members, playing around the house or running around in the park.
