• By completing the registration process for Prepaid 1516 Service, the Customer is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions.


  • Phoenix Comms may determine and impose charges, payment terms and prescribed rates and vary or revise the same from time to time and such variation shall be effective as from the date specified by Phoenix Comms.   • Phoenix Comms shall be entitled to add, remove or change any calling destinations and calling rates without prior notice to the Customer.


  • Phoenix Comms shall terminate the Account if it has been inactive for more than one year. The termination notice will be sent to the Customer via email.


  • The Customer shall be entitled to claim any unused amount in his Account within 6 months from Account termination. All unclaimed amount shall be forfeited after 6 months.


  • Bank charges are applicable to refund of partial or full amount of the prepaid fund. A 5% bank charge will be deducted from the requested refund before the final amount is returned to the customer.


  • The unused amount in one phone is not transferable to another.


  • All correspondences, notices or communication by Phoenix Comms to the Customer will be sent by email only. They shall be deemed to have been received by the Customer immediately upon transmission by Phoenix Comms. Hence it is the onus of the Customer to provide Phoenix Comms with a valid email address.


  • All notices and requests by the Customer to Phoenix Comms shall be in writing via email only, unless otherwise stated by Phoenix Comms.


  • Customer shall solely be responsible and liable and shall indemnify and keep indemnified Phoenix Comms and/or its agents against all losses and liabilities when using Phoenix Comms services.


  • The Customer shall use the service in accordance with the directions of Phoenix Comms from time to time and Phoenix Comms shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by the Customer resulting from the failure by the Customer to do so.


  • In compliance with section 3.2.6 of IDA’s (Info-Comm Development Authority of Singapore) “Code of Practice for Competition in The Provision of Telecommunication Services” on protection of End User Service Information (“EUSI”), Phoenix Comms will keep the EUSI in commercial confidence. The information will only be used internally within Phoenix Comms for its planning, provisioning and billing purposes.


  • Phoenix Comms shall comply with IDA’s “Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services”.


  • This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties hereto submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
