Usage is very simple: just dial the local access numbers from the local fixed line, payphone or mobile.

* It is not advisable to use your Singapore mobile phone to dial the access number when you have the auto roaming service. Besides incurring Phoenix WorldConnect charges, you would also incur the auto roam rates from your mobile service provider.

* A $0.30 surcharge per call will be charged for calls made from the Japan toll-free number.
