How do I call overseas with ePhoenix?
  Refer to the printed receipt:
1. Dial 6347 4088 from your ePhoenix pre-registered phone number
2. Voice prompt will read out the $ balance amount on the pre-register phone number
3. At the voice prompt, enter the COUNTRY CODE + AREA CODE + TELEPHONE NUMBER + # Key
4. Wait for the call to be connected
5. Replace handset to end the call
Notes:
  No Pin will be issued for ePhoenix. Calls can only be made from the registered telephone numbers
  Mobile airtime charge is still applicable (levied by mobile operators) when calling overseas using ePhoenix
  ePhoenix Service does not support Phone Numbers that are registered as CALLER NUMBER NON-DISPLAY or PRIVATE NUMBER with service providers
What are the denominations available?
 

ePhoenix is available in any $1 denomination starting from a minimum of $2 to a maximum of $50 from any Point-Of-Sales terminals at our Distribution Outlets. However, the minimum purchase available using Online ePhoenix Top-Up is from S$10 to S$50

Where can I purchase ePhoenix Top-Up?
  ePhoenix is a cash Top-up service which can be purchased via a portable POS (Point-Of-Sales) terminal which are available at more than 90 over outlets bearing the ePhoenix Top-Up hanging mobile signboard located at provision shops, Photo shops, newsagents, money changers/remittance counters, at major shopping centres, and most convenience stores all over Singapore. Please refer to our online list of distribution outlets for more information.

ePhoenix Top-Up can also be purchased Online via Phoenix Communications website at www.phoenixcomms.com.sg. ePhoenix Online purchases can be made using either eNets – Direct Debit or eNets – Credit. Payment for Online ePhoenix Top-Up will be paid to our authorised collection agent Zerosoft LLP.
Do I get charged for busy, unanswered calls?
  Unanswered calls are not charged. However, if the call is answered by a voice mail, fax machine, computer or answering machine, it is considered a connected call and charges apply.
How long can I talk?
 

Your talk time depends on the value/balance left in your card and the destination you are calling.
Note: Rates to overseas fixed line and mobile are different for some destinations. Please refer to our online rates table for more information.

What are the languages available?
 

The pre-recorded languages to guide you along when you use the ePhoenix is currently available only in English.

Can calls be made from a mobile phone?
  Yes, calls can be made from a mobile phone which has its phone number pre- registered when purchasing ePhoenix Top-Up; however, normal mobile service "air-time" is still chargeable by your mobile service provider. When calling from a non-registered phone number, customer needs to enter the PIN (issued upon first registration) to make the call.
Can calls be made from a fixed line?
  Yes, calls can be made from a fixed phone line which has its phone number pre-registered when purchasing ePhoenix Top-Up; however, normal local connection charges may be free or chargeable depending on your telephone plan with your fixed line service provider. When calling from a non-registered phone number, customer needs to enter the PIN (issued upon first registration) to make the call.
What if I have problems using the ePhoenix service?
 

Simply call our customer service at 6838 1516 (24 hours) when you encounter any problems with your ePhoenix service.

Do the rates apply throughout the day?
 

Yes. Our rates apply 24 hours a day.

Where can I check the calling rates to different countries?
  You can call our customer service at 6838 1516 (24 hours) or our latest calling rates.
Can I use ePhoenix to make local calls?
 

Yes, ePhoenix can be used to make local calls. Just remember to add country code '65'.

Is there an expiry date?
  Yes, the ePhoenix Top-Up value will be valid for 180 days from the date of the purchase as printed on the customer receipt.
Can I use ePhoenix service when I am overseas?
 

No, ePhoenix is for use in Singapore only.

How am I charged for my usage?
 

For any destination, the minimum charge per call is 60 seconds and subsequent block charge is 120 seconds.

Can I get a refund for my ePhoenix Top-Up?
 

There is no refund for the unused balance $ value which has a validity of 180 days from the date of the purchase as printed on the customer receipt.

How do I know the remaining of my ePhoenix Top-Up value?
 

Simply dial 6347 4088 and the system will announce the remaining value. If you do not wish to make any call, just hang up at this point.
