5% bank charge and 7% GST of the bank charge will be deducted from the requested
refund before the final amount is returned to you. |

Will I get my unused credit back if I cancel my account?

You shall be entitled to claim any unused credit/amount in your
account within 6 months from account termination. All unclaimed amount shall be forfeited after 6 months.
Just email us at 1516@phoenixcomms.com.sg to inform our customer service about any claims of unused credit from your Prepaid 1516 account.
A 5% bank charge and 7% GST of the bank charge will be deducted from the requested
refund before the final amount is returned to you.
