Can I register any additional home numbers or business
       extension lines when I sign up for Prepaid 1516 IDD?
 

Yes, you can register up to three telephone numbers per account when you sign up for Prepaid 1516 IDD service.

Can I change my registered telephone number to another
       number?
 

Yes you can. Please send an email to 1516@phoenixcomms.com.sg to make any changes to your registered number.

How do I make a call using Prepaid 1516 IDD?
  Simply dial 1516 + country code + area code + telephone number with your pre-registered telephone number with Phoenix Comms.

For example, if you want to make a call to the number, 916 4451 534 in the United States (country code: 1), you would need to dial 1516 1 916 4451 534. From there, just wait for your call to be connected.
Can I use Prepaid 1516 IDD to make a call from my mobile
       phone?
  Yes, however, mobile air-time charges from your respective mobile service provider are applicable. For a more cost-effective method to make an overseas call with your mobile phone, you can use our Local CallBack Service or CallBack Card.
Do I need to pay any registration fees, subscription fees or
       service charges?
 

There are no registration fees, monthly subscription fees and service charges when you use Prepaid 1516 IDD service.

How do I register for Prepaid 1516 IDD?
 

Simply register through our online application for Prepaid 1516 IDD.

How do I know if my registration is successful?
  Once your registration for Prepaid 1516 IDD is approved, our system will inform you via email.
What destinations can I reach with Prepaid 1516 IDD?

How do I top up my credit?
 

Simply log on to your prepaid 1516 IDD account with your password to top up via Enets or Credit Card.

How can I be sure that the credits are correctly deducted
       from my account?
 

Since 1999, Phoenix Comms has been using a state-of-the-art system to track the usage of our services. This system has yielded zero deduction error complaints from our customers and it is an indication that all account credits are correctly deducted for every IDD call.

How soon can I use Prepaid 1516 IDD once I’ve applied for
       the service?
 

As soon as the registration with payment is completed, customers can use the service immediately.

Can I request to get any unused credit back even if I do not
       wish to terminate my account?
 

Yes, simply send us your request in writing via email to 1516@phoenixcomms.com.sg. A 5% bank charge will be deducted from the requested refund before the final amount is returned to you.

Will I get my unused credit back if I cancel my account?
 

You shall be entitled to claim any unused credit/amount in your account within 6 months from account termination. All unclaimed amount shall be forfeited after 6 months.

Just email us at 1516@phoenixcomms.com.sg to inform our customer service about any claims of unused credit from your Prepaid 1516 account. A 5% bank charge will be deducted from the requested refund before the final amount is returned to you.
