What is SmartPIN?
  If you want to enjoy the freedom of making international calls from any phone in Singapore, SmartPIN is your solution. With this premium service, you may even make international calls from neighbouring countries.
How do I use SmartPIN?
 

Simply follow the steps below to make an international call using SmartPIN:

1. Dial the SmartPIN access number: +65 6347 9990
2. When prompted, enter your personal 10-digit PIN
3. After the next voice prompt, enter the COUNTRY CODE + AREA CODE + TELEPHONE NUMBER + #
4. Wait for the call to be connected
5. Replace handset to end the call

What are the benefits of using SmartPIN?
  You’ll enjoy high quality, low cost IDD calls from any phone (fixed lines, mobile and public phones) when you use SmartPIN.
Do I need to pay any registration fees or monthly subscriptions?
  No, there are no registration and monthly subscription fees for using SmartPIN.
Are there any service charges for using SmartPIN?
