My name is Mdm Karen Song. I would to congratulate you on having such a helpful and dedicated staff as Ms Janet Tung.

I'm a frequent user of IDD Calls as I call my relatives in Malaysia very often. My Fillipino maid has abused my line to call back to her home without my knowledge and chalked up a huge bill. Ms Janet has personally called and notify me on the "abnormality" of my calls as this has never happenned before and barred the line for me. If not for her quick action, my bills would have been much higher.

On a separate note, she's also helped me set up a pin number so that I can have the security that my maid will not be able to use the line without my knowledge again. She's taken the trouble to personally call me, offered and explained to me this solution when I've written to her to ask if I can bar Phillipines off my calling countries.

I therefore want to officially commend and thank her for her dedication to her job and thoughfulness to us, the customers. Your company is indeed lucky to have her.

I would like to complement on a staff, Ms Ester who had help me alot today, 27 November 2007.

I had difficulties in getting through to Taiwan number when I need to get hold of someone there urgently. After checking for me, than I realise that there was a slight problem that occurs over at the number. Eventually, when the problem was solve, she had contacted me to try again. However, no one has answer the call, therefore, I decided to call up Ms Ester to help me escalate on the problem again.

Hence, she had help me to keep calling to that number when finally someone had answer. She had told us whatever the other party has told her and williningly to help me to get hold of the other party to contact us again.

Even though, the other party has yet to contact me, but I am greatful that she had help me and had such a wonderful staff to serve the customer.<

The kind and friendly act of hers has made my day and that I think all the other staff should be made known of this issues and to learn from her. Please convey my thanks to her.
